Tan Wei Ming leads JCI City as President in 2026. A strategy consultant with over 12 years of experience, Wei Ming joined JCI City in 2019 and has championed business-focused programming for self-employed members.

Daniel Goh leads the Business pillar — APAC Business Summit, business roundtables, and member-to-member referrals. A capital advisor with 9 years of experience, Daniel joined JCI City in 2021.

Priya Naidu directs the Community pillar — service projects, partnerships, and outreach. A physiotherapist running a three-clinic practice, Priya joined JCI City in 2020.

Marcus Lee leads International programmes — twin-chapter exchanges, JCI World and Asia Pacific representation. A SaaS founder with operations in three countries, Marcus joined JCI City in 2019.

Independent Coach & JCI Trainer
Charmaine Wong oversees the Individual pillar — JCI training pathways, masterclasses, and member development. A certified JCI trainer and executive coach, Charmaine joined JCI City in 2018.

Joel Tan
Independent Operations Consultant
Joel Tan oversees governance, records, and member services as General Secretary. An operations consultant for owner-led businesses, Joel joined JCI City in 2022.

Vivian Koh

Vivian Koh stewards the chapter's finances. A boutique CPA serving owner-managed businesses, Vivian joined JCI City in 2021.

Hazel Chia directs TOYP Singapore 2026. A PR founder with 11 years of experience, Hazel joined JCI City in 2019 and previously co-led the 2024 chapter retreat.
